1. Membership Commitment

I hereby commit to enroll in the Top Club Residential Membership Plan provided by Top AC for a 12-month term, beginning on __________ and ending on __________.

2. Payment Terms

The membership fee will be based on the selected residential package, as described at:
https://www.top-ac.com/top-club-residential-members
Payment will be made exclusively via a valid credit card, which will be automatically charged on a monthly basis throughout the 12-month period.

3. Early Cancellation

If the membership is canceled before the end of the 12-month term, the remaining balance for the full term will be due, unless Top AC approves an exception in writing due to extraordinary circumstances.

4. Renewal Terms

This agreement will automatically renew for an additional year unless written notice of cancellation is submitted at least 30 days before the renewal date.

5. Service Guarantee

Top AC agrees to provide residential maintenance and services as outlined in the selected membership plan. Service appointments will be scheduled within regular business hours and are subject to availability and property access.

6. Confidentiality

All personal and property information provided by the client shall remain strictly confidential and will only be used for service purposes under this agreement.
