Q: How does the unit pricing work?

A: The first unit is billed at $50/month. Each additional unit is $35/month. For example, 3 units = $50 + $35 + $35 = $120/month total.

Q: Is there a minimum commitment?

A: Yes. All TOP CARE Commercial benefits — including the 15% repair discount, reduced diagnostic fee, priority booking, and warranty — are only applicable when the plan is subscribed for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.

Q: Can I add units to my plan later?

A: Yes. You can add units at any time. Each additional unit added mid-cycle will be prorated and billed at $35/month from the date of addition.

Q: What types of properties does TOP CARE cover?

A: TOP CARE is designed for offices, retail spaces, warehouses, apartment complexes, multi-unit buildings, and any commercial property with one or more HVAC units across Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley.

Q: What happens if I cancel before 12 months?

A: If the subscription is cancelled before completing 12 months, all discounts, warranties, and priority benefits are forfeited. Any repairs completed at the discounted rate during the active period may be subject to a retroactive standard-rate adjustment.

Q: Are emergency repairs covered?

A: Emergency and after-hours HVAC repairs are available to TOP CARE members at priority response rates. The 15% repair discount applies to all covered repair work. Emergency call-out fees may apply outside standard service hours.
